Since graduating college with a marketing degree, Derek has benefitted The Hartwell Team with his innovative approach

to the Real Estate efforts of the company. He is very adept with technology and Social Media Marketing and has a quick

wit, using humor and current trends to bring attention to The Hartwell Team. Derek has a nonchalant way of impressing

people with solutions to current marketing subjects.
